To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 美心皇宮是屯門市廣場之中讓人消費最高的酒樓,但連我在這半年內光顧的次數也頻密了,對她上癡了。2009年10月2日,多謝公司,讓我們可感染到閒日放假之悠閒感。早上我和老友去美心飲特價早茶(11am前)。不知道是否還有一小時便完特價場,$9.8的點心沒有上回我遇到的那麼多呢我只拿了時菜鯪魚球和潮州粉果。不過,因為我們預定今餐是慢慢嘆慢慢享受的關係,所以都試了些正價點心煎腸粉-每條腸粉穿著淡黃色的外衣,皮的那層帶有微微的脆口感,剛剛好。因周不時遇到的煎腸粉不是煎完等於無煎,就是煎到硬哂呔。而腸粉皮軟身微滑,裡頭佈滿蔥粒和蝦米粒,香而不膩!冬菇百花釀豆腐-冬菇厚大且炆得入味,百花是蝦膠一大球,蝦膠彈牙又多汁最可惜用的是炸豆腐,我還以為是布包豆腐來添。去掉本身不會吃的那層炸豆腐皮,又估不到炸過的豆腐,入面的豆腐肉仍咁嫩滑。素菜包-因為等了好耐也不見雞包仔的出現,就轉要素菜包。包身厚厚地,素菜有好多碎白菜﹑木耳(?),我反而最驚喜吃到有冬菇粒,令個包不只是有'菜'味而已煎芋頭糕-美心出品的糕點我之前也有寫過,今次吃的當然也如以往一樣好味道。每件糕中內含很多粉粉芋頭粒(滿足),咬下的口感是先脆再軟,

蝦角-特點的當然是不同凡響
先是那炸得一身金黃鬆化的脆皮,一口咬下,那層脆皮如同爆烈似的散開,蝦角雖是一口一個,但這一口是戴滿同等份量的蝦膠﹗彈牙多汁不在話下,感覺真rich啊




2009年10月18日,估也估不到兩個星期後再會美心皇宮@@///,多得老友想清一清信用卡中的cash dollars,所以連帶我也有得吃餐好喔。6v6

今餐吃得很豐富呀(唔理係乜點任意點)
,有糯米包﹑雞包仔﹑雞扎﹑金粟蝦丸以及炸蟹鉗,不過前兩者我在以前的篇幅已經提及過,今次就寫埋後三款的點心先。

雞扎-內材料除了有魚肚和雞件外,芋頭則由鮑魚菇除代,都幾特別
。大量魚肚軟軟淋淋的,吸盡汁後好吃非常,鮑魚菇很大塊,我第一次吃的,爽爽的口感本身不錯,但如果塊菇可以索下肉汁的話就會更有味道的了。


金粟蝦丸-是由蠶豆﹑紅蘿蔔粒和粟米粒包著一球大大大大蝦膠,用蠶豆比青豆更好,青豆會蒸到淋劈劈,相反蠶豆仍保持到其爽脆口感,美心出品的'蝦'點心無疑是做得很稱職及出色﹗至少我很欣賞呢。


當見到炸蟹鉗在炸物點心的車仔內出現時,我也笑了一笑
:不是只在酒席上才會遇上它嗎﹖呵。幾碟炸蟹鉗,每粒型態都很參差,幾乎沒有一粒是圓圓碌碌的,始終有一邊凹下了少許,但亦無影響我享受它的雅興
哈哈。蟹鉗沒有蟹肉啊,換來蝦膠一大舊,juicy﹗美味﹗
炸的漿既不厚,非常脆,不油膩。相信你的出現,會成為很多大小朋友的愛好物喔@v@

重溫之下...十月份真的令我回味啊...親愛的老友,我們何時再去一趟呀?
