一上到黎去到入座,職員就已經好好禮貌啦!!所以第一印象都好好! 首先會有前菜,係關東煮黎,幾好食紅酒浸蕃茄本身怕浸過酒會苦,但食落係甜甜地的,好入味。而且佢蕃茄底放左塊橙,估唔到咁吸味,蕃茄食落都有少少橙香味,好特別,好開胃! 蕃茄沙律椰菜好爽口,再配埋海帶絲既咸味,沙律汁唔洗好重手已經好夠味,係一款比較輕盈既沙律。胡麻豆腐一開始我以為係淋左芝麻醬既豆腐,但原來係佢本身件豆腐已經有胡麻味! 第一次食呢個,好喜歡,再配上海膽同埋三文魚籽,有多重口感。雜錦剌身有吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚、帶子、牡丹蝦、海膽,都係厚切,食落仲好新鮮,海膽都好甜。福岡牛腸鍋第一次食牛腸鍋,完全冇內藏味,口感 Q 彈,湯頭好清甜。肥美鮮嫩既牛腸、加上煮到軟嫩的韭菜、椰菜,好岩冬天食! 不得不提呢個燒鱔,看似簡單但好好食,醬汁調味岩岩好,魚肉彈牙,唔怪得店員提醒我地要襯熱食!!
