To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚去食 足足30分鐘先上到 兩個菜。等左一個鐘都上唔到 一位概冬陰功湯 。廚房d單亂咁來 遲來點菜概客 上菜仲快過我 食完走埋 原來只要幾台客叫同一個餸矩就會上得快 所以個廚房好似等幾台客叫先會整果樣餸咁 叫個白飯都要15分鐘先上到。 去到千奇唔好叫 冬陰公湯 同 豬頸肉.. 佢隻豬唔知要劈幾耐 最後坐左個幾鐘等佢上埋最尾果兩碟餸都無上到個湯 同 個豬 買單走人叫佢取消個餸話等左咁耐都無上到 又無合理概解釋以後唔會再食 btw 其實佢d粉就上得快 只要唔係叫餸食飯
