好友知道我最近沉迷「燒肉」,專程帶咗我嚟喱間位於天后嘅YAKINIKUYA燒肉屋。店舖唔大坐位唔算寬敞,但木枱木凳紅白藍燈籠高高掛,再加埋個「燒肉研究所」燈牌,十足十置身於「二十世紀少年」電影嘅舊日本街道,好有mood。未坐定就決定嗌佢個$198套餐,雖然冇牛,但係有黑豚有五花腩,又有雞肉雞軟骨仲有我最鐘意嘅燒雞翼,有前菜有特飲有甜品,真係誇張D講句睇到都飽…燒燒燒,食食食,食到一半左右,侍應埋嚟問:「要唔要幫你地加D泡菜呀?」吓?乜原來5款前菜係 Free Refill?真係OMG無諗過。最後,侍應送上朱古力雪糕,上面有塊好Cute嘅櫻花脆脆,75分鐘完了,一個完滿嘅句號。順帶一提,燒肉要夾埋生菜一齊食!鮮甜生菜包著㷫烚烚嘅燒肉,一啖咬落去又涷又熱又鹹又甜又多汁,完全震動你味蕾。
