已經好耐冇過嚟清風街啦,一路都知道清風街好多正餐廳,今日同朋友喺附近經過見到呢一間燒肉店,喺門口已經聞到陣陣燒肉嘅香氣,就俾佢吸引咗入去試一試。餐廳有個午市商務二人餐$399好抵食喎,就一於揀呢個。包沙律、兩個定食燒肉同埋飲品、甜品。坐低冇店員就為我哋送上前菜同埋湯。前菜都有三款非常之吸引,有自家製海帶、韓式泡菜同埋麻油芽菜。八爪魚柚子醋沙律八爪魚肉煙靭爽口,而且帶有海水鹹香,爽脆嘅沙律菜,口感極佳。而且柚子醋沙律汁清新,食起嚟更加之開胃。定食嘅話,我揀咗個角切魚生飯。因為諗住夏天天氣咁熱,食個凍既魚生飯,會更加消暑。而且又有燒肉所以唔想食啲咁熱嘅嘢。呢個角切魚生飯,你睇吓裝得幾滿!材料好豐富喎,有玉子燒、八爪魚粒、三文魚粒同青瓜粒,仲有一大堆蟹籽鋪喺上面。我最鍾意撈埋少少Wasabi一齊食,食起嚟更加刺激。最鍾意佢啲蟹籽爽脆爆汁,食起來更添鮮味。另外個主食叫咗呢個果汁雞肉雞肉已經預先精心醃製好。果汁醃製雞肉更加入味,而且肉質經過果酸嘅醃製後,更加之嫩滑。套餐內嘅超長牛仔骨上枱已經好吸睛,擺盤用心,個牛仔骨長過我哋嘅手臂。呢個燒肉嘅樓非常夠火,燒起肉上嚟更加快熟,啱晒我呢一個心急人!燒過既肉更惹味,牛仔骨肉質軟滑,油脂重,好味道,加埋套餐入邊嘅紫菜飯,真係好好下飯成碗食晒。午餐可以坐低同朋友慢慢傾偈食,享受過程。餐廳抽風設備做得好,食完都唔會有陣味。 continue reading
