大阪難波過江龍「Next Shikaku ネクストシカク」是鯛白湯「○de▽ 鯛白湯らーめん」的同集團姊妹店。主打三款牡蠣拉麵,分別是牡蠣清湯ikasu、牡蠣白湯koeru、牡蠣沾麵asobu。是晚點選白湯拉麵,用蠔、豚、雞三種食材做湯底,突出蠔味鮮味,湯底又濃厚,配以清酒煮鮮蠔、洋蔥粒、花椒芽、紫蘇花和扁麵條,層次好豐富啊!另點慢煮叉燒,話說是以法式鹽漬技術醃製三天再焗而成,但個人覺得平平無奇,可以免試!一眾食評都說道貴~貴~貴,唔襯你思鄉病發時「貴」,等幾時?🌱by 達人未🈵️的 香港散䇿+餓底logbook😋
