To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 㨂咗翡翠想食個下午茶麵餐，點了酸辣湯拉麵，逐樣樣加配，算點咗銀絲卷。見新出個甜品和蝦仁牛油果鍋巴，都幾特別，所以都點了。油炸的食物，唔算油膩，剛好滿足想食少少炸物的心意。相信唔會太多人選酸辣湯配拉麵，但酸酸辣辣，醒胃。木耳醃製都爽口。這家門店牆身掛上斜鏡，感覺有老上海餐廳的心意，擺設就有輕快時代感，沒有嚴肅用餐，令人畏懼的感覺。食厭咗千年不變的下午茶套餐，今次確實有啲新意。雖然消費不可跟快餐店比較，要點特別不妨花點消費。
