To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡到元氣吃下午茶，價錢便宜，而且還可以當早飯吃。位於新翠商場的元氣壽司，利用新幹線傳遞食物，大人和小朋友都十分喜愛！套餐有五款供選擇，可以選一個壽司盛，一個小食和一個輕食。我認為性價比較高的是A餐（相片中的是B餐），而且要跟一個燉蛋。眾多款壽司中最愛天婦羅炸蝦🍤卷物，脆卜卜，好好味。另外鮮蝦刺身也是爽口彈牙，回味無窮！南瓜薯餅熱辣辣非常香脆可口！平時不是太熱愛南瓜的我也十分喜歡！燉蛋也非常出色，燉蛋又甜又滑，入面還有大大粒元貝。如果覺得不夠食，還可以加手卷或者日本芝士蛋糕呢！我會推介芝士蛋糕，芝士非常滑溜，入口即溶，極之美味！
