To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人好少下午茶會去食元氣，因為不論什麼時段，我都見門口大排長龍。今日巧經太和商場，門口竟然冇人排隊，店內亦只有幾位食客，於是好興奮衝左入去幫襯。點了一個「1E+2B+3B」下午茶餐。元氣一向給香港人信心，食物水準唔駛講，仲十分衛生。下午茶抵食，六件壽司（當中一件三文魚刺身壽司及一件甜蝦刺身壽司），加一碗烏冬，再加一件炸南瓜，都只係＄50。下次要再嚟食，試它另外的下午茶，尤其是刺身盛（1A)。😋*餐廳有提供BB櫈
