To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛過去的禮拜日，同外父外母一家人去了石門飲茶，見到下午茶特價食品都頗為豐富，而價錢方面亦唔算貴，地方亦都寬敞闊落，裝修 很新淨，坐落去飲茶好舒服，枱與枱之間唔會太密， 因為我最怕，枱與枱太近， 用餐時會聽埋隔離枱嘅溝通內容！我們點了一些特價下午茶食物，我覺得最為有水準就係那個肉絲兩面黃，麵煮得很脆口， 份量亦相當之大，肉絲鋪滿麵上， 好抵食！其他點心亦很有水準，粉果皮薄 肉料新鮮。 除咗食物方面 有水準 服務員態度亦都好殷勤，這間石門分店有進步了！
