To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣嘅下午茶係我大學時候成日同啲groupmate 一齊去食嘅，今日遲咗食lunch，又經過開元氣，所以決定入嚟食吓下午茶。我揀咗壽司盛 C（大阪章魚燒、湯烏冬同麻糬今川燒(北海道牛乳味) 壽司分別係三文魚、脆蒜燒三文魚、甜玉米、皇帝蟹柳、玉子、炸蝦卷。我覺得每件都幾好食，不過私心最推介係脆蒜燒三文魚，我好鍾意食佢嘅脆蒜，呢個口味唔係間間壽司店都有嘅！雖然呢個係下午茶，不過最後食到勁飽，都係$64.😙👍🏻
