To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起食米線，個人就比較中意食三哥但係講起小食，三哥同普通譚仔質素就好似差唔多，有時仲會覺得譚仔仲好添今次tea time經過，有少許肚餓但係又唔想食太飽，就咁叫咗兩個小食食tea time冇咩人，基本上座位任揀啲姐姐好似換更輪流食緊飯咁，見親都唔同人，不過都好彩服務仍然係咁好咸檸七好解渴蒜泥白玉薄切，每塊都沾滿醬汁同辣油，芝麻，上面辣喉嘅生蒜更係畫龍點睛麻辣香集於一身，食落滿口油脂但口感依然豐富，簡直係邪惡嘅化身土匪雞翼係我第二摯愛嘅小食(第一係蒜泥白肉)烤得香脆嘅外皮沾滿黑芝麻，稍微有點黏，用牙撕開雞皮後，入面嘅肉汁，雞油立即流出，好嫩滑
