To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間餐廳响花墟附近，行到攰就黎食番個下午茶。餐廳細細間，好full, 我地好好彩被安排坐梳化位。兩個人點左:1. 法式芝麻蝦多士配薯角熱辣辣，用左黑芝麻同埋白芝麻，香氣四溢，炸得好鬆脆，最特別係點煉奶食，中和左油膩嘅感覺。配埋大量薯角，都係新鮮炸嘅，好飽，好滿足。2. 白酒蜆肉意粉依個意粉賣相唔錯，其實可以當午餐食，份量足夠，蜆肉都算多，但白酒味唔重。價錢合理，包埋飲品，兩個人$100有找，值得去試吓!
