To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行葵涌廣場突然想食番小雨天ge米線,平時都好少食架啦,不過都叫由細食到大,要食一定要揀下午餐時段,會送野飲,我叫左個經典招牌菜式,雲南風味酸辣小鍋米線,就係貪佢24蚊一大碗,配料(肉碎酸菜腐皮芽菜)本身好足料,我本身細胃口岩岩好夠食又唔怕冇加餸會太單調,小辣對大部份人黎講已經夠"勁",個小鍋米線d風味講真真係呢到特有ge,個湯夠香夠甜,同d鹹肉碎真係好夾,重點係呢個酸辣入面個辣,d辣椒油上係有勁多籽,食落係好香而唔係得一pat油咁樣,大專畢業之後都好少食lu,間唔中回味一下呢間咁有特色ge米線都唔錯
