To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左煌府飲下午茶。今次第一次黎咋。下午三點入去唔洗點排隊。 下午茶特價、所以叫左6樣野食。第一樣： 牛肉腸粉、唔算好滑、但味道正常唔難食Q版奶皇包，個樣都幾得意。但味道唔太好食、奶皇餡料份量偏少，而且個包唔夠軟身雞腳味道可以，都夠淋叉燒河粉，河粉質地偏硬同厚身，叉燒乾身。但又未去到難食..勉強接受啦。青瓜海蜇、海蜇份量太少...得幾條炸豆腐，ok 嘅。埋單$150 左右、以下午茶食甘多野都算係甘，但唔係好好食、普普通通咁啦
