To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都會在這間茶樓陪家人飲下茶,每次都是平日11:00am前落單屬中午時段,這裡點心比出面的品質算不錯,價錢亦都合理。而我是常客所以已習慣香港茶樓服務(即是落單叫幾次先應你一次,粗聲粗氣)因今次要就返家人所以今次選擇了「下午茶」時段,再比中午時段較優惠,But!!!!服務態度和點心水準真的是「垃圾」,例如:叫的櫻花蝦煎餅(大概名)是凍冰冰又有點臭,芒果布甸是苦的,炸兩有奇味,茶包沖了幾轉都是淡味。所以之後都不會選擇「下午茶」時段比平時差太多了。當天是不愉快的經歷,樓面只顧執台沒有時間理會客人。想開張茶卡都很難,個個店員都扮不看到!
