To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶舒適靚景

去完天際100參觀，慳咗幾百蚊，近近地，去吓Ritz Carlton酒店試一試下午茶，除了點了英式傳統下午茶，還點了三文治(配薯條)，水牛雞奕。這間的甜品，好似比較甜，水牛雞奕醬汁又比較酸，其實收呢個價錢有4隻，又較酸，其實可以加返啲配菜(青瓜條，甘荀條等等…)清吓口腔。三文治入面塊bacon太乾硬，我要撩出嚟，口感不對(軟脆的三文治易咬，但突然有塊乾硬的煙肉夾中間，有啲影響咬感)職員的服務幾好，見太曬，自動自覺幫客人落半窗簾，檔到太陽光，又不會看不到景。座在窗口位置，沙發略太軟有點凹陷感，要用但有咕臣可以頂一頂背脊，就舒服一點(唔知是否我坐個張喺咁定點啦～)今餐大概吃了$1300幾。總括來說，是幾舒適的環境，飲杯茶食件餅，酒店價錢，一年一次又ok嘅
