To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶性價比高,放工後睇戲前黎醫肚今次食黑松露抄蛋牛角包配薯角&意式煙肉卡邦尼意粉,二樣都配餐飲,各自都係50蚊有揾找牛角包一焗起就放抄蛋上枱,牛角包即食夠酥脆,抄蛋係滑滑的帶濃濃的煤氣味(黑松露),薯角也是熱辣辣的卡邦尼意粉熟度剛剛好,有咬囗。加了生蛋黃係意粉上,跟足傳統既中至高級餐廳做法,賣相加了不少分,50蚊食到呢個質素既意粉係底餐飲選擇了即磨咖啡,正常貨色店內裝修時尚舒適,每枱都有預先放了一樽水,客人可自行處理
