To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六睇完戲先食飯，兩點幾得返下午茶，估唔到竟然有扒餐食，$58有扒有飯有餐飲好抵食同朋友每人叫咗一個扒餐，一個叫咗薯條，另外一個叫飯上個陣發現原來本身個扒餐，已經包咗少量薯條，再叫薯條會額外再比多一碟你鐵板雞扒配飯$58雞扒好嫩滑又剩兩大塊，每塊都好似手掌咁大雞扒配洋蔥汁好食，洋蔥汁撈落個飯都好好食椰藥唔會好似出邊嗰啲白烚發黃咁，青綠色食落有味又爽口鐵板豬扒配薯條$58豬扒就配黑椒汁，口感鬆化薄薄地，薯條配黑椒一樣好好食
