Restaurant: 耀記雲吞麵食

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佛誕日, 勁無聊, 行左成日都漫無目的咁行, 終於行到肚子餓, 於是乎就去搵個下午茶頂下肚先, 咁去邊好呢? 去茶餐廳還是其他呢? 最後師傅都係決定黎呢間食店!其實呢間食店喺呢一區好多年但偏偏師傅就未試過, 入到去又冇咩人, 求其搵個位坐底, 然後師傅就睇下有咩好食, 睇左一 陣, 最後兩個人叫左一碗牛腩米同一碗淨雲吞加兩杯凍檸茶!等左一陣牛腩米率先登場, 先試下個湯底, 湯底好清甜, 冇味精, 仲見到有d蝦子, 而牛腩米係碎腩, 牛腩都幾鬆幾腍, 不過就鞋少少, 而米粉就冇咩特別; 淨雲吞就一碗就有六粒, 皮薄餡靚, 蝦肉夠大隻夠爽口, 得噃! 凍檸茶就唔係好夠茶味, 一般啫!總括黎講食物質素都唔錯, 而地方就幾乾淨, 價錢都幾抵食, 十八蚊一碗麵, 廿四蚊一個餐包凍飲, 抵食! 師傅覺得黎呢度食個麵當下午茶都係一個唔錯嘅選擇, 所以有機會一定會再黎食!
