To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在這家分店用餐,不算很多人。不午茶時段-雪菜肉絲湯米粉肉絲炒過,湯底亦不很淡,好吃燒雞翼塗上蜜糖烤的雞全翼,怎能不好吃碗仔翅加入黑木耳及肉絲等的醬油生粉水罷了,不過不失熱朱古力飮品一般的貨色總括而言下午茶廿餘元已能嘗到很豐富了
