To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時段，經過見竟然唔洗等位，就梗係入去試下朋友介紹咗好耐嘅餐廳啦。必點嘅係芝麻蝦多士同埋奶黃流沙西多士芝麻蝦多士:底部係一塊多士，中間夾住層蝦膠，面佈滿芝麻。多士炸到好脆，一啲油嘅感覺都無，如果塊多士再厚多少少，我覺得會仲好食XD。蝦膠好足料，好似有成尺厚咁，啖啖蝦肉，好有咬口。反而我唔太鐘意芝麻，覺得有少少吸油，食完覺得油同溢嘅感覺。奶黃流沙西多士，見到個樣已經勁吸睛。多士炸到金黃色，中間突起，都估計到收埋咗好多奶黃係入面，切落去，爆奶黃，勁流沙。味道好香嘅蛋黃同奶黃味，咸咸地，同傳統嘅西多士好大分別，好食還好食，不過我都係鐘意傳統糖漿西多士多啲。但都值得一試。2個人食，有啲溜。鴛鴦燒賣(黑松露/蟹籽):勁足料，好紮實，啖啖肉。面頭有少少黑松露，食落口都好有黑松露香。陳皮牛肉球:無咩特別驚喜，陳皮味唔覺有。馬拉糕:有少少黑糖味，但唔會太甜，10蚊我覺得算抵食。2個人，叫咗5樣野食，食完好飽。整體黎講野食好食，值得一試。
