To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日出太子，因為要等朋友，所以搵間餐廳坐低食個Tea紅橋好耐之前食過，記得杯咖啡都唔錯，就揀左佢坐低喇！佢個下午茶menu都好多選擇下，最後我太耐無食過炸脾，所以叫左炸脾沙律🤣其實佢出餐都唔算快，因為坐低後都聽到有人追餐，食物又有，飲品又有🤪最後我隻脾唔知佢係因為要炸定乜，都等左成15-20分鐘至有得食🙈好彩唔趕時間，反而杯凍啡就好快就黎，不過就比我印象中差左，好似以前滑d香d，但都唔差既。。。炸脾終於都到，第一個感覺係好似size唔大，定因為隻碟大😂味道就ok既，又熱辣辣，反而沙律有驚喜，唔係茶記hea沙律，似西餐廳新鮮菜沙律，錦又挽回少少分數，加埋芝麻醬，好岩我口味！總括黎講都對得住價錢$45(已連凍飲加$3)都坐得舒服，不過都幾多人，所以侍應都好快手收野比壓力你埋單😅如果餓既仲都意粉，牛角包選擇，都可以再encore!
