To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶叫咗兩份,一個生牛肉金邊粉同埋咖喱牛腩飯!下午茶份量都唔細,唔會得啲湯同夾兩吓就冇曬嘢粉!生牛肉金邊粉味道不過不失!但個咖喱牛腩飯啲咖喱汁比較稀,而且只係得兩嚿牛腩,而且口感有啲怪,啲汁好似用薯仔響攪拌機攪碎咗再煮成汁,但係又唔知點解稀冷冷,又冇乜咖喱味。唔可以話佢難食,但絕對唔會係好食囉!
