試過喺幾間唔同嘅鳳城食晚飯,始終覺得太子店嘅食材比較新鮮,廚師手藝較佳,呢日喺附近睇完嘢,於是就過嚟食飯。上次喺度見到枱枱都叫乳豬,無奈已叫咗餸,所以就無試到,呢晚一心諗住會一會佢,點知已經賣晒,當堂有啲失望,唯有下次再嚟試過啦! 呢餐見咗兩個餸,一個係菠蘿生炒骨,另一個係涼瓜炒鱔球。菠蘿生炒骨味道普普通通,最特別係加咗啲薑粒一齊炒,有解滯作用。涼瓜炒鱔球就真係食到叮一聲 ,涼瓜好爽脆,但又唔苦,我本來係涼瓜控,真係食到唔停口,鱔球啖啖肉,雖然有少少細骨,但都可以接受,加上呢碟餸用豆豉,蒜片,薑同陳皮一齊爆炒,不但香味十足,仲可以辟去魚腥味,呢兩個餸送白飯,簡直係絕配。下次我會再返嚟叫返碟人氣乳豬,一試龍與鳳。

涼瓜炒鱔球就真係食到叮一聲
,涼瓜好爽脆,但又唔苦,我本來係涼瓜控,真係食到唔停口,鱔球啖啖肉,雖然有少少細骨,但都可以接受,加上呢碟餸用豆豉,蒜片,薑同陳皮一齊爆炒,不但香味十足,仲可以辟去魚腥味,呢兩個餸送白飯,簡直係絕配。
