To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日中午去咗太古城嘅glasshouse食lunch真係食到一肚氣,首先我哋book咗12點50分,我哋準時去到,結果等咗半個鐘,等到下午一點二十分先至有位,入到去坐,想點嘅嘢食都冇哂,冇得食,跟住我嗌咗一杯凍咖啡,結果一飲裏面有粒檸檬核,細心再睇原來杯底有四至五粒檸檬核,我即刻同個waitress佢地理論,佢一句sorry都冇講就拎走咗個杯,之後諗諗下,我去咗搵佢哋嘅經理,佢哋經理態度甚為惡劣,佢都唔知點解,跟住我叫佢要畀一個解釋給我,結果佢就係話啲檸檬係同嗰啲冰擺埋一齊,因為要咗ice coffee佢啲冰就同啲檸檬核撈一齊,這個解釋係極之十分很是不合理,因為我見對面同事個杯檸檬茶個底都唔會有檸檬核,點解我杯iced coffee咖啡杯底會有檸檬核,呢一件事真係令人匪夷所思,而且經理處理嘅態度甚為惡劣,佢猛咁叫我投訴佢,咁我唯有只可以咁做,奉勸大家以後千祈唔好再去呢一間分店或者呢個集團嘅旗下所有食肆!
