To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過蘇媽.蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室門口， 見到排長龍非常感興趣😙，即興入去試下。 店內有兩層幾闊落，但座位就比較迫夾。 本身想飲肉骨茶， 但又想食其他菜式，所以下次先再試肉骨茶吧！ 🥢最後點檳城福建蝦麵$62、 仁嚐牛肉撈麵$62、 海南鴛鴦燒麵包$42、 椰汁班蘭冰$36、 馬來西亞拉茶 $17。 ▫️仁嚐牛肉撈麵🍜 ～ 嘩！牛腩好多🤩， 牛筋好腍， 薯仔又好入味， 整體都好正。     ▫️檳城福建蝦麵🍜 ～ 未食已經聞到有好香的蝦湯味， 配菜有豬腩肉、蛋和蝦， 麵的份量不算多， 湯底鮮甜帶點微辣，好味。 ▫️海南鴛鴦燒麵包🍞 ～ 麵包烘得好脆， 醬和牛油都搽得厚厚的， 配埋拉茶，的確好味。 ▫️馬來西亞拉茶☕ ～ 拉茶的味道好似馬來西亞當地的茶檔， 入口順滑又香，必飲。 ▫️椰汁班蘭冰🥤 ～  香滑濃郁的班蘭味，又唔會好甜。 價錢適中， 味道不錯， 但要有心理準備會排長龍。😁
