餐廳主打和牛,配合智能化「燒肉新幹線」,火速送上食物。放題套餐有A至F餐,都是逐層遞增的肉食,選擇既集中又豐富。若以燒肉為主食,個人建議選擇D餐或以上;若為自助吧或其他肉食,則沒有太大差異。 一開始,店員將特選和牛奉上。再用和牛肥脂開鑊,更為食客燒製和牛西冷。 除了和牛之外,自助吧的昆布胡椒湯,以及落單的蛋花湯都令人為之一振。相反,酒精類別有點比下去。 星期五人流不算太多,座位安排可提升空間。加上星期五竟然沒有薯仔沙律,比較失望。是日為歡送我方的職工代表,一路好走。ಥ_ಥ
