今日陪老公去西九龍香港故宮文化博物館睇展覽,之後去咗附近一間餐廳食晚餐。下江南是一間以故宮文化和創意為主旨的特色中式茶館,裝潢以木系為設計主調,坐在窗邊位置可邊品茶邊看海景,環境清幽。下江南套餐:兩款冷菜十一款主食。花雕醉雞:選用優質靚雞,雞味濃郁之餘口感嫩滑,花雕嘅香味完全滲透入雞肉。鹽水鴨口味清淡而略帶鹹味,鮮嫩味美。火薰玉蓮鴨子麵:可配菜飯或是麵,藥膳湯底濃郁,鴨子肉質嫩滑,麵條口感彈牙。花雕醉雞、醉鮮鮑鮮鮑口感彈牙,帶有少許酒香味。雪菜大排麵:大排炸至金黃香脆,肉質唔會鞋口,湯麵加入雪菜,無論口感或味道都會提升不少。雪糕紅豆冰:紅豆冰味道清甜,配著雪糕更香滑。
