To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下雨天、心情一般、胃口一般，決定同母親大人如素。突然醒起早排坐巴士回家途中，經過土瓜灣見到一間新開素食，於是就起程去試。8點左右，一半人都坐唔滿，唔～驚😥開壺水仙前菜：脆鱔 （超好吃，我最愛）餸菜：宮保雞丁 （辣度剛好，好食）麵食：上海粗炒 （唔油，夠彈牙乾身，好）整體良好，會再來 😋
