香草羊架,羶香處處不嗆不過份,剛剛好!半肥瘦搭香草豉油,味道調得蠻喜歡,啖啖肉厚厚兩件已有點滯。芝士腸,脆皮爆出芝士腸汁,咸甜碰撞不錯。斯華力腸,脆皮雜肉腸肥美微量油香,滿意。牛丸、龍蝦丸,外購貨色普通火鍋級數,彈彈有味可以。

南乳雞中翼,本身已經醃得滿意,洒上大量辣椒粉,惹味爆燈!乳香十足,味濃不嗆,搭上金黃脆皮嫩滑多汁白肉,還有辣椒粉點綴,滿分。豆角,爽甜外層,脆卜卜綠豆好食。金沙骨,甜甜叉燒醬夾靚靚排骨肉,彈彈有肉汁,必食。多春魚,慢慢烤到完全乾身香口,外層微脆,魚肉鬆軟,魚春香索索聲,咬掉魚頭整條食,三種滋味融合,攻擊力倍增。

澳洲龍蝦,開邊乾消真係有點難度,必須反轉才可以熟透。抱歉底部略燒過火有點乾韌,幸好上半依然鮮甜爽彈,天然的龍蝦清香加蝦膏甘甜。啤酒燒扇貝,有幾粒唔新鮮,入口即吐。其餘都清甜滑滑,帶子味沉實。內臟我最喜歡,但剛才幾隻有異味,安全起見放棄。蒜蓉貴妃蚌,依款食得過,如果有豉油就更提味,只有蒜蓉加啤酒有點單調,鮮爽得得得!

烤海烏頭,無鍚紙無緊要,最多不做鹽焗,不需要打鱗直接燒烤,魚鱗變乾變脆焦黑,禮成!溫柔地將整塊魚皮揭起,露出亮麗閃閃發光魚肉!白煙輕飄,好香魚味!大大舊魚汁鮮甜味濃,連調味也不需要!極品魚肚極品黏膠滑滑,食到停不下來!

菠蘿,甜品不夠甜而酸味重,偏硬不夠熟。香蕉,耐心烤到全條舊變黑,其實溫度可以催熟條蕉,最後熟到軟綿勁腍,加上糖漿變成熱辣辣既甜品
