今日到將軍澳穩朋友,到禮記食下午茶,餐廳寬敞舒適,水壺同杯子都好有特色。紅菜頭松露野菌餃:餃皮以紅菜頭打汁搓成水晶皮,鮮豔剔透,外皮Q彈,菇菌內餡加入松露醬同松露油,松露並未蓋過菌香,反而豐富了口感,清爽怡人。京滬灌湯小籠包:呢道好有顏值,且好新穎,可以提嘅小籠包,皮薄餡大,汁多味美,肉香四溢。黑金蝦餃皇:外皮加入黑蒜和竹炭粉,咬落Q彈,內裏蝦仁鮮甜爽口。小貓咪奶皇包:造型好得意,外皮軟綿,內餡奶皇多且有一股濃滑奶香味。
