To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日就比左間好似西餐廳嘅中菜館吸引左，所以就入咗嚟幫襯，佢嘅裝修無論係梳化、枱、枱布都好有西式風格，估唔到佢最拿手嘅係臘味飯，今日仲見到呢個自家製黑松露雞煲添仲有各款主食如果食完覺得好食嘅話，仲可以買返屋企自己煮添，各款臘腸、臘肉、XO醬、麵條都有發售坐低冇耐侍應就問我飲咩茶，有鐵觀音、玄米茶同菊花茶揀望住個街景嘆呢個麵認真唔錯呢款餸係新年食就啱晒啦，因為有撈起嘅意思，二三色就有青瓜絲、蘿白絲同雞絲，仲有啲芝麻添，味道方面就有啲似平時食拍青瓜嘅味道，有小小麻辣味但係佢呢款係一啲都唔辣嘅黑松露味嘅雞煲都係第一次試咋，如果黑松露味道可以再濃啲會更加好估唔到清清地一碟油菜都可以咁好食
