天氣悶熱,又落雨又有陽光,反覆無常。連食嘅心情都冇,所以轉轉口味食碗拉麵做晚餐,腦海首先諗起屯門“霸嗎拉麵”,因為佢哋出名湯濃而麵爽滑彈牙;所以去到,我就點咗個招牌拉麵,即濃厚豬骨豚肉玉子拉麵,而朋友就點咗個石鍋燒豚海老飯,再加個辛辣味嘅餃子和兩杯飲品。拉麵嚟到真係同張相一樣,如果玉子可以幫我切開一半就更加理想呀!首先飲兩啖濃厚嘅豬骨湯,真係成個人都醒曬,胃口都開曬,食落啲面一如既往爽口彈牙;豚肉入口即溶,玉子係半熟蛋當然美味無窮啦;而石鍋飯竟然有脆脆嘅飯焦,再加埋煮到剛剛好嘅豚肉同埋少少嘅蝦肉,一口食落去好有層次感,如果再多啲汁嘅話呢,就變得完美啦;餃子嘅肉有肉汁表面亦都煎得脆脆,再加上上面嘅辛辣醬,果然係相當之辣!食落十分之唔錯!至於和梨梳打酒和菠蘿酒加冰之後,特別清爽;真係消暑解熱,為呢個晚餐增添樂趣!
