To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今天下午茶跟同事一起去銅鑼灣的沙嗲王，已經好多年沒有吃過這一家剛好這一次在銅鑼灣上班，才想到來這邊吃。沙嗲王變了好多，以前下午茶$28都有，現在竟然要到$60起，貴、貴、貴我們6個人進去，點了白咖喱香茅豬扒飯，還是跟以前一樣很好吃的白咖喱很滑順又不會辣，豬排味道很入味，好吃，我們總共點了三款白咖喱的食物，之後其他的同事點了沙嗲烏冬，是非常濃厚又香的花生味道傳出的沙嗲，也是招牌之一的好吃，位置變得舒服，環境也變得更大了，但是就是貴了，還有上菜也變得好慢。
