灣仔永豐街不一樣的法越精緻小店。邊個話越南餐廳一定係食生牛肉河、越南包同牛油雞翼㗎!特別喜歡這呢度嘅春卷,米紙包着蝦、芋頭、木耳、粉絲、蘿蔔等,材料豐富炸得金黃鬆脆,再包上生菜、香葉等蘸上魚露,入口鬆脆香口呢度嘅烤物均附上米紙、香葉、生菜、濱海等製成一個拼盤,DIY包起來一大啖咬落去,口感層次豐富越南333啤酒烤雞~肉質滑嫩,外皮很香脆,唔洗驚會食醉,因為雞係腌製過程中吸收了啤酒嘅麥味,但隨著高溫焗製時已經將酒精蒸發,食嘅時候只剩很微嘅啤酒香味越式料理也可以好精緻,而且有一張室外坐位,預早booking就能帶著毛毛來一同享受。
