Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不一樣的雲南米線

其實而家係香港，想食米線既話一d都唔難，基本上一行出街，食米線既餐廳比便利店仲多，平時同女朋友食開某間基本上已經壟斷米線行業既餐廳，但今日放工，大家都不約而同咁想試下其他口味既米線鋪。以選擇多樣化嚟講，呢間餐廳可以話係做得唔錯，一般我地認識既雲南米線，多數都係識雲南過橋米線，但係除此之外，仲有好多特色而值得一試既菜式。湯米線平時就食唔少，拌米線的確係香港少見。熱拌米線一上菜就已經香氣撲鼻，胃口大增，加配雞翼更增風味。而女朋友就點左個小鍋米線，湯底濃郁，分量都偏多，平時胃口細既女朋友都食左好多，即刻諗返起以前去雲南交流既時候，我地都係最鐘意食呢個，幾乎係必點之一。
