To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 前些日子,我乘高鐵由香港直上北京,只要四個時辰,就可由東方昔日的小漁港經武漢過長沙,橫跨兩河,行程六千里,直赴京師。真有一種大地在我腳下的感覺。閒話休題,我在北京王府井享受正宗北京填的同時,我的朋友在Whatsapp已十分不值我在北京獨食難肥,勒令我第二天立即回港和她共晉烤鴨。地點選在了灣仔合和中心8樓的北京老家。出乎意料的是該京的烤鴨並不遜於全聚德的老店,當然全聚德的填鴨可以有三食,而北京老家雖然只有一食,但就鴨的品質仍算是皮脆肉嫩,油膏甘腴,實屬上乘之選。和北京風味不同的,全聚德用的是甜中帶些苦的麵醬,而北京老家似乎用的是一般食腸粉的甜醬或是乳豬醤🤔整體來說,北京老家的填鴨和北京全聚德可說是有得一比的,以後吃正宗風味的填鴨在香港也能吃到。同場還點了數味京菜,水煮魚似乎選用的是嫩滑桂花,還有花雕醉雞,絶對是美味推介。
