To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我跟我闺蜜四个人周末想找家餐厅吃饭，我们就想吃北方菜，然后就找到这家北京老家，服务好热情啊，店里职员还帮我们拍照📷，店里面打卡点特别多，拍了好多漂亮的照片想，感觉都能来这里拍汉服了。 在香港吃到北京烤鸭太感动啦，我最喜欢吃鸭子精华的那一部分，吃过好几家，再加上这家店位置真的好宽敞，海底捞式的服务直接让我感觉回到内地了，哈哈哈哈哈 店员见我们开心，主动来给我们拍照，介绍说烤鸭北京人都觉得正宗，确实是北京的那种大鸭子。 我们还在店里见到 Q 版的茅台，超级可爱，下次有机会来几瓶哈哈

餐廳裝修精美、古色古香，非常適合拍照，但食物及服務卻令人卻步。我同朋友19:00點咗個二人餐再加一個小菜。前菜、酸辣湯、片皮鴨、小籠包同埋加點嘅小菜不到5分鐘就送上枱，食物質素普通。之後等咗45分鐘其餘幾碟菜仍然未上枱，分別同在場4位侍應跟進都冇結果，全部都係話會跟就冇下文。當時餐廳只有半滿，期間有幾枱遲過我哋進場嘅食客都已經食完埋單。最後20:45 一次過將甜酸魚塊、炒椰菜同甜品上枱。甜酸魚塊份量極少，個碟好似飲茶春卷個碟咁大大、炒椰菜又辣又油、只有甜品狀元糕味道不俗。如果你有錢同時間嘥嘅就不妨去試吓。

When we arrived at our table had alot of strobe lights beaming down on us. We had alot of elders so i asked the staff if they could adjust it. The staff told us they cant cus they are all female and its too difficult. So i went to the manager and she said i have to do it cus the staff are all females. In the end inhad to step on the chair and adjust it myself, and it wasnt too difficult to do… When ordering food, we told the staff we wanted a certain dessert and for it to come near the end. When we asked the staff to serve the dessert, the waiter who took our order said its too busy now and suggested that we dont have it or we will have to wait 30+ mins. I was extremely put off by her attitude and even more so the fact that she decided by herself nt to enter the order in the system. Obviously we strongly complained and she just laughed and said “well i told you before” which she did not. And when we confronted her about it she admitted she was too busy trying to pick up her phone.
