We’ve been using leaving home safe for a year now and never encountered any issues..yes 3 vaccinations in record...Today something went wrong with their scanning machine and it just didn’t work...showed them our vaccination record but they refused us by saying that it was the government side issue. It took a while till they agreed to scan with their mobile and guess what? It worked....... ridiculous...wouldn’t recommend at all because of the employees!
