鐵板活澳洲鮑魚,一般鐵板燒都不會保留鮑魚肝給客人食用,要吃就要開口說給廚師聽了。鮑魚很新鮮,可是火喉不夠,若果鮑魚肝再燒得乾身一點,整體吃落鮑味更香更濃郁。

除了飯還可以選鯛魚湯冰見烏東,最想不到這個魚湯比日本石斑魚濃湯好喝得多。濃郁魚湯和滑溜溜的烏東又夾又有驚喜,魚肉也比石斑魚滑。

甜美句號有抹茶Tiramisu和南瓜紅豆湯,2者都不太甜,Tiramisu有cream香奶香,紅豆湯則像平日吃的紅豆沙。不過,我還是喜歡起沙的陳皮紅豆沙

整體來說呢!味道沒什麼驚喜,廚師只是由廚房移師至鐵板枱前製作食材,跟客人的互動怎少,最優勝是窗外的景觀確實優美。
