To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯時間光顧點了$140的「超級巨熊拉麵」,選了「火灸肥叉燒」,亦加了$3的香味油,還點了「熊自家製餃子」儘管貴其他麵一半,「超級巨」只是多了三塊左右較簿的白豬肉,不肥亦無灸燒,以及多一點筍。非常不合理。叉燒/豬肉,就只有搭在上面稍圓和厚的一塊,有點灸燒,和其他款式拉麵無異。荀的味道毫無特別。湯很少,雖然因為「超級巨」而可免費加湯,但湯的最大特色只是死鹹味,不鮮、不甜、不香(儘管應該有香味油),全無日式味道,稠度像芡汁多於濃郁,可惜餃子味道一般,即煎,但似乎下多了水,部分餃子筷子一碰已散開,餃子汁味道奇怪,結果五隻只吃了兩隻現今拉麵店選擇太多,這樣的價錢和質素,完全不OK地方淺窄逼夾,可幸樓面有禮落力結論,不值一試
