To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我首次光顧梨泰園,首先非常欣賞六小碟前菜,很多韓國餐廳未必會有六小碟前菜,之後我叫咗海鮮蔥餅,韓國炸雞原味半隻,大醬湯,石頭鍋飯,海鮮蔥餅先來但我們食到一半覺得是否有錯,因為蔥餅只有蔥搵咗好耐先睇到一點0.5mm魷魚,你話佢無海鮮唔係但細啲咁講,自己完全覺得中伏,石頭鍋飯搵唔到有一點肉可能老闆鄉下係咁煮法,本人眼見佢大醬湯內完全只有蜆肉,除咗炸雞先發覺先有五至六塊雞肉,心諗差唔多六百蚊食一個午餐竟然食咗素菜,之後唔會再光顧,當我去廁所時有個女顧客問待應我叫豬肉紫菜飯,但點解無豬肉係𥚃面,之後發覺自己真係「精挑細選」一間「素食」韓國菜館
