灣仔船街上的Atelier Vivanda,與隔離姐妹店餐廳Akrame同樣是由法國名廚Akrame Benallal由法國開到香港的分店。與巴黎總店一樣,Atelier Vivanda用餐氣氛輕鬆,主打肉類與薯仔菜式。晚市一向以套餐形式,前菜、肉類主菜、無限添食5款薯仔類配菜加上甜品,每位$448。最近Atelier Vivanda新推出了Bar bites menu,除了可以單點招牌肉類和薯仔菜式外,還多添了海鮮類,如魚,大蝦和龍蝦等,佐酒小食及單點菜式,選擇更豐富和點餐更具彈性。星期一至星期五5pm至7pm有Happy Hour酒類買一送一優惠,吸引!一於先點杯雞尾酒和吃點bar bites佐酒小食。雞尾酒我選了Gin basil smash ($95),羅勒香清新,gin酒香頗濃郁。Bar bites中,我最大推介就是這好看又好吃的Bonfire ($88)。迷你BBQ爐上有鱈魚烤麵包及煙燻牛肉烤麵包各一件(相中有2份),加上散發著的淡淡煙燻香氣,賣相夠心思,最適合相機食先 我吃了件鱈魚烤麵包,魚肉滑溜肥美,配脆脆麵包,美味呢~另一款讓我很回味的,就是法國gillardeau生
