Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期2下午,與一位好友到九龍寨城公園考察。聽說附近有好多「平靚正」既美食,於是為食一群既我們就四處搵好野來食。我同好友第1次到九龍城,可說是「人生路不熟」,我們經過這間「創發潮州飯店 」—打冷店,未食過打冷既我地於是膽粗粗推門入去啦,一開門,見到七﹑八個伙計,場面壯觀在無面係無客的,我們入到去,他們好熱情咁招呼我地去坐卡位。一坐低,2個熱情既阿姐又倒茶又放低d小食。 同好友商量一番之後,我們決定叫3味潮州打冷既海鮮—"凍蟹"﹑"椒鹽大蝦" 同 "大眼雞",我們叫完之後,個阿叔就拿左張單去比門口個阿姐(應該係間野既事頭婆),連價錢都唔同我地講一聲。我們叫完之後,d伙計好招呼到令我地懷疑自己係唔係入錯酒店。小食有 "菜莆" 同 "小黃魚"。呢2個小食都幾好食,"菜莆"唔算太咸,而且加左d豆腐仆,都幾入味。而"小黃魚"都幾香口,雖然唔係熱拿拿,但都食得出都幾新鮮。 等左5分鐘,"大眼雞" 勁大隻,都幾好味,幾鮮甜,無咩腥味,令本身唔鐘意食魚既我都食左半條有多。之後隻細細隻既"凍蟹"都來埋,見到d肉都幾實,同埋d肉質都幾有彈性,而且都幾鮮味。

食左15分鐘,阿姐來幫我地換左3次碟,服務好到難以置信。到我地要埋單走人時,張單成$908!!!! 真係O曬嘴,凸曬眼,一時間接受唔到,2個人叫左3個送要$908!仲貴過去西貢食游水海鮮!!我地有種比人騙左既感覺,本身以為$500到,點知會貴成咁??? 淨係隻凍蟹就已經要$400! 問題係落單時佢無同我地講明幾錢一兩,平時去食海鮮,叫完d人點都會同我地講返一兩幾錢。

之後,我地身上無咁多銀兩,我朋友只好臨時出去按錢,見到本身招呼好好既朋友即時露出不泄的眼神。我地出去比錢時,打算睇一睇張單啦,個收銀阿姐好似好唔耐煩咁,大大聲講左句:「我們無加一架! 」望多眼姐,唔使咁啊麻?? 又唔係唔比錢,只係覺得好唔合理姐,左錢就唔同左樣,真係令人好失望。

下次要去食既朋友,真係要問清楚價先好叫,唔係就好似我地2個咁,一人$454。我下次去酒店食buffet好過!!真係唔會再幫襯呢間野,「不可一,不可再!」
