To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今早，去深水埗，送完文件。心情像天氣，有點灰灰，唔去試新食店，直接去華園。11點幾，可以食早餐，或者午餐。搭枱那位大哥，叫午餐，飲雜菜湯，蒸肉餅，好香。定一定神，叫番我的至愛。濃香沙爹牛公仔麵，先呷一口帶粒粒花生粒既沙爹汁，它是主角，好香好濃，牛肉片都有牛肉味，雖然公仔麵烹得過淋，勉強接受，它只是綠葉。奶茶，今天比較稀些淡些，但我都計較。它都是綠葉。煎雙蛋和丹麥方包，都不错。好滿足既一個late breakfast.
