To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於有美國運通(American Express) 白金信用卡的關係﹐美心集團晚市的中、西餐廳都有特價﹐所以經常光顧。很久沒有來九龍灣這邊了﹐今天在觀塘上培訓班﹐特意乘的士來試試久違了的美心皇宮。大廳中間有半圓形的梳發位﹐可坐四到六人﹐這些梳發座位背面放置了普通圓檯﹐坐在這些圓檯好像被一個大圓筒“頂”住﹐很不舒服。至於食物﹕貴妃雞例牌($68)﹐很霉的雞肉﹐又細碟和沒有肉﹐十個差。是日例湯 ($44半煲)﹐湯渣上檯的時候很嚇人﹐像給人吃剩的樣子。湯本身還可以﹐清甜沒有味精﹐連一個小爐熱著。竹笙雲腿瑤柱小唐菜($98)﹐最像樣的一道菜﹐有四大粒瑤柱﹐但小唐菜唔夠淋﹐而且份量太少﹐菜只有四棵﹐竹笙同樣四件。甜品﹕南北杏萬壽果($22)﹐不甜﹐還帶苦澀味﹐碗是飯碗大小﹐甜品不應該是這種size的。服務是一貫美心集團的快、勤。可是真的是不同區分﹐有不同質素。銅鑼灣和中環的分店﹐至少好十倍。
