今日我哋走出旺角,繼琴日仲未食夠嘅日式料理今日嚟到銅鑼灣呢間一門,以我所知入門喺這一區呢都算叫做街知巷聞。咁今日喺度傾生意嘅同事順便品嚐下呢間日本料理。由於琴日食咗太多刺身今日隨便叫咗一個雜錦刺身俾我朋友同埋客人哈哈。值得一提嘅係你個厚玉子,佢入邊係包住左一啲雜菌。唔影響玉子本身嘅蛋味加埋蘿蔔碎。口感會有增加層次感。同煎帶子煎薄餅係我覺得比較特別嘅一個嘗試,雖然入邊嘅帶子肉唔多但佢薄餅外脆內軟。係可以值得嘗試給一個好菜式,至於蕎麥麵因為我自己親身去過日本食當地過水嘅蕎麥麵。相比之下就會有差別。免治雞肉串。都係第一次食其實就係無骨嘅雞肉。剁碎之後整成煎餅。味道還算可以。今日講住咁多。你哋如果想知道更多關於美食嘅又或者想我去邊度食嘢評價俾你地睇可以留言比我
