To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天試了個基本牛肉 60 分鐘,價錢 $88 加一共 $97牛肉好過"牛一",同"牛涮煱" 差唔多,份量都正常。湯底 "骨膠原豬骨鍋",好差👎未開始先試了一口,完全冇肉味又冇骨味,同洗米水一樣米白色。自助區都多選擇,但冇豆腐對我是嚴重扣分,估計這間牛肉放題是冇供應。花椒油~加分日本醬油超鹹~扣分 Movenpick 雪糕 ~ 加分大豆芽菇 (唔知學名) ~ 加分啤酒 ~ 加分因為要去北角才試試,不算"乃"野,但冇野值得回頭。
