To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日成日bbq，很熱氣，滿口飛滋，所以今晚想清清地，同honey去左食齋。叫了一個2人套餐，包1湯、2款小菜、糖水。叫了一個露筍羹，加了$10叫了1個燉湯。個羹就麻麻地，冇乜味冇乜特別。而湯就幾好，好似有肉味咁，不錯不錯。小菜﹕(1)香煎蜜汁蓮藕餅﹕尚算香脆，但很漏，味道普通，沒有蓮藕味道(2)豉椒素魷﹕只係豆腐乾炒豆腐乾，豉椒味唔係好夾，有d奇怪糖水是紅豆西米，太多西米，很結，唔好味。連加一，每人要$100，不抵食。

糖水是紅豆西米，太多西米，很結，唔好味。

連加一，每人要$100，不抵食。
